LRV stands for Light Reflectance Value. It measures how much visible light a paint color reflects on a scale from 0-100.  A color with an LRV of 0 absorbs nearly all light, while a color with an LRV of 100 reflects almost all light. *It is a common misunderstanding that LRV represents how WHITE a color appears.  This is exactly where most paint color decisions go wrong. This is entirely untrue and something I visually debunk in much of my visual content on social media.
